In today’s world of Zoom fatigue and inbox overload, bringing your team together for in-person connection is more valuable than ever. But what if your next work retreat didn’t happen in a hotel ballroom?

Welcome to Thunderbird Farm — an Indigenous-owned, non-profit retreat space that blends nature, animals, and wellness to create meaningful team experiences.

☀️ What Makes a Farm Retreat Different?
Hands-on animal care – Feed the goats, groom the alpacas, collect eggs, and reconnect with the rhythms of nature.
Creative breakout spaces – Ditch the boardroom. Host your planning session on a sunny deck, or brainstorm in a cozy lounge with farm-fresh tea.
Built-in team building – Lawn games, nature walks, and animal time offer casual ways to strengthen bonds without awkward icebreakers.
Optional upgrades – Access our saltwater hot tub, seasonal pool, and spacious farmhouse deck for next-level relaxation.
